RESPONSIBILITIES

UNDERSTAND USERS & MARKET

You’ll focus on understanding the needs of your users (who are our colleagues working in media production, management, and distribution) to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvement. By conducting business analysis, user research, and market evaluations, you’ll ensure that product decisions balance user satisfaction and organizational goals. Staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in SaaS solutions, will help you shape innovative and future-focused products.

SHAPE PRODUCT VISIONS

You’ll create product visions and roadmaps that inspire both users and stakeholders. By optimizing user journeys and workflows, you’ll deliver solutions that are both lovable to users and viable for the organization. Whether evaluating and integrating SaaS solutions or managing self-developed products, you’ll ensure that your work delivers tangible value and meets the needs of a fast-paced media business.

ENGAGE WITH STAKEHOLDERS

You’ll collaborate daily with a wide range of stakeholders, including users, business owners, management, vendors, and a cross-functional team. You’ll explain complex concepts in an accessible way, manage diverse expectations, and build trust across teams. In the dynamic media environment, you’ll bring people along on journeys of change and align them around shared goals.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as product management, UX design, software engineering, computer science or some years of practical experience in this field. Solid track record as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B or B2E environment. Experience in Service Design or UX Design is a strong plus. Fluent in English, German is a plus Effective communicator, explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, motivating change, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Proactive, take ownership, and embrace collaboration with partners across disciplines to deliver great experiences. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
