RESPONSIBILITIES

IT DATA GOVERNANCE

As an IT Data Governance Expert you lead the harmonization of decentralized IT data management practices by establishing shared terminology, standards, and governance frameworks across our global IT landscape. Your responsibilities include establishing a common data culture with clear roles and responsibilities, unlocking synergies by aligning analytics efforts, and guiding decentralized teams through centrally implemented governance measures.

IT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

You enable our global IT team to measure value contributions to our business units and support decision-making processes by providing consistent and transparent key performance indicators that are relevant to both business and IT. You are familiar with our reporting and dashboarding solutions and address the needs of our IT management with available data and analytics options.

IT BUSINESS & DATA ANALYSIS

You identify demands for business and data analysis across the global IT landscape, gaining a good understanding of related business processes and challenges. You translate these insights into actionable data analytics requests that you either implement yourself using appropriate tools and data sources or coordinate with dedicated IT data analysts.

IT COST ALLOCATION

You support our internal controlling in the allocation of IT-related costs by centrally providing corresponding usage statistics and budget figures. You ensure compliance with the underlying planning and evaluation processes and act as a central contact within global IT.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the IT field, preferably in a consulting or cross-functional role Strong governance skills with a structured, conceptual approach Advanced data analysis capabilities to support fact-based decision-making Solid understanding of IT management processes and financial aspects Proven experience in communicating with senior leadership and external partners Excellent stakeholder management skills in English and preferably in German Persistence, proactivity, and flexibility in solving complex and abstract problems Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration in an informal team-oriented culture

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
