• Analyze, evaluate, challenge and align business requirements and translate them into technical designs to improve and develop the current CRM landscape, focused on the Loyalty tools and mechanics.
• Consult our stakeholders in technical questions for the solution design
• Define “AS-IS” processes and create “TO-BE” solutions to improve current processes and develop new capabilities.
• Create and moderate workshops by respecting methods of business analysis
• Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)

• Self-organized way of working, excellent communication and motivational skills
• First experience in business analysis/requirements engineering
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• analytical and problem-solving mindset who are curious about the business side, as well as eager to understand the technical aspects, including APIs, databases, and other related technologies
