Job Description
- Analyze, evaluate, challenge and align business requirements and translate them into technical designs to improve and develop the current CRM landscape, focused on the Loyalty tools and mechanics.
- Consult our stakeholders in technical questions for the solution design
- Define “AS-IS” processes and create “TO-BE” solutions to improve current processes and develop new capabilities.
- Create and moderate workshops by respecting methods of business analysis
- Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)
Qualifications
- Self-organized way of working, excellent communication and motivational skills
- First experience in business analysis/requirements engineering
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- analytical and problem-solving mindset who are curious about the business side, as well as eager to understand the technical aspects, including APIs, databases, and other related technologies
- Team player (colleagues as well as external partners)
