As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, with more than 600 employees, we develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad and set the tone for modern trade. 
In the role of Lead QA, you will work on the automation and quality assurance of all processes that take place in our stores. Our store ERP system bundles ordering, inventory management, sales, price labeling, and many other essential processes in the stores. Job Description
  • Through your design and optimizations, you ensure that our IT solutions can be used internationally in the long term 
  • You will accompany the entire development process, from modeling the necessary components to programming and customizing the software solutions 
  • You are in the lead for the implementation of QA standards and guidelines 
  • Drive accountability with team leads and their teams to meet quality performance goals and ensure program standards are met on a week-over-week basis 
  • Supporting the product teams with QA, testing and test automation 
  • Evaluating new tools and methods 
  • Passing on your knowledge to your colleagues through technical documentation
Qualifications
  • You have been able to demonstrate your skills in a comparable position for at least 3 years 
  • Very good technical skills and knowledge of at least one common programming language (e.g. Java) 
  • Experience with test tools and frameworks (e.g. SpringBoot tests, Pactflow, Postman, Cypress, Rest interfaces, Jasmine, BrowserStack) 
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle 
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and tools 
  • Experience with agile development methods 
  • You always want to give your customers the best and have  high-quality standards
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented and ,precise way of working
  • You find solutions independently
